- Access to Global Wind Academy Globally Customer Database
- Add on – PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) for the wind industry
Step 2
The purpose for this analyze from Global Wind Academy is to ensure there is an attractive business case for starting up a GWO training center in your country or region.
The Global Wind Academy analyze include:
- Historical data for GWO activities in Europe

Step 3
If your company and Global Wind Academy conclude that the Global Wind Academy marked analyze looks promising, and starting up a GWO training center is relevant, an NDA shall be signed.
After signing the NDA, your company will receive a draft Franchise contract including ANNEXs. Terms, conditions and elements for a FR (Franchise Receiver) are described and terms including Franchise entry fee and monthly
Fee are described.
Step 4
After signing the NDA and all elements in the Franchise contract is clear, the next phase is digging into all relevant details:
– The size of a GWO training center, depending on how many GWO modules that shall be provided
– Training equipment’s
– What to be included, tower, TP, Technical equipment etc.
– Processes
– Train the Trainer program and schedule
– Elements in the GWA homepage, booking system and administration system
Global Wind Academy will provide all the above mentioned elements and other relevant information, based on two elements:
– GWO and the FR have signed a LOI
– The FR have paid a “Franchise Information fee” of EUR 30,000
This fee will be deducted the Franchise Entry Fee.
Your company can also skip this “Step 4” and go directly to Step 5 – going into contract negotiations, and if both parties agree, signing a Global Wind Academy Franchise contract.
Step 5
In this phase, the contract negotiations will include elements as:
- The marked/country/region you would like to enter, the potential for one- or several GWO training centers
- Insight information about your company
- Your GWO strategy
If both parties agree, the Global Wind Academy Franchise contract to be signed
A Global Wind Academy project plan including the opening date is part of the contract.
Step 6
All preparation has successfully been executed.
Below main elements are aligned:
- Physical facilities
- Training equipment
- Train-the-Trainer program for own instructors completed
- GWO and Global Wind Academy processes are aligned
- The administration has received training in the booking and administrative system
- The Global Wind Academy homepage in your langue and English is up running
- PR strategy executed
Your Global Wind Academy training center will open and GWO students will start receiving GWO training.
